2014 BMW M3 Sneak Peak

BMW’s new fifth generation M3 is in the final stage of development and is expected to be revealed at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show in January. Today we bring you a spy video of the prototype in its final stages.

BMW has not revealed what will the power of its new M3 be but a 3.0 liter straight six engine coded S55 is expected.

You can clearly see that the prototype has the M3’s trademark power bulge on the hood with the familiar BMW ring-shaped headlights as well. The new lower intake design can also be seen, which looks identical to the on the M4 previewing concept M4 which was revealed recently at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.
