Review: Great Car, Pathetic dealership by Hammad Qazi

The car is fine but probably just as fine as other cars. I really think german cars are heading in strongly in this market. THE WORST part is Al-Futtaim. They handle Honda as well btw. They took my car for repair and did not return it for a month. The car had a damaged rear fendor, the repair has become the biggest joke amongst my friends. I am renting cars and its already costed me 3000 AED, which is equal to the bill of repair. Completely useless customer service, the INDIANS at the counter act daft and never get back. Bottomline: I would get a NISSAN anyday over Toyota or Honda
