Quick Overview
The Kia Rio is one of the most cost effective and stylish compact cars in the market. It is a car strictly made for city driving though as the engine is 1.4 liters and not the most powerful. There are some handy options like USB, MP3 and CD Player and battery saver, yet it fails to impress in it's overall offering. For one, it only has one airbag in the basic option model and two airbags in the full option model. The basic model does not have basic safety features like ABS, Brake Assist, etc. If you have to buy the Kia Rio, the full option model is the bare minimum you need to buy. Forget the basic model, it's not adequate in terms of safety features, comfort features and entertainment features. Also, the resale value is not the best compared to Japanese models. It does come with a sunroof in the full option model, which is a silver lining.
