Peugeot launches online portal for customers in the GCC
Peugeot has launched a new online web store for its customers in the region. The new portal aims to provide customers with a variety of options including buying a new car, booking new model test drives, and more for both passenger and commercial vehicle segments. The development of the online portal sees the French automaker move towards a digital retail solution to change the customer experience in the region. This follows a range of new online offerings including live chat and WhatsApp options on Peugeot’s core site for customer purchase inquiries.

The new online platform caters to the changing customer habits in the region whereby they can speak with sales representatives, schedule valet test drives, and complete the entire purchase cycle from start to finish all from the comfort and safety of their homes. Customers who visit the web store can access the full line up as well as popular LCV models, the Partner, Expert, and Traveller. They can book online, request an in-home test drive, or chat with a sales representative through WhatsApp.
