إم جي آر اكس5 2.0T LUX (AWD) 2020 مستعملة
2020 MG RX5 2.0T AWD (Top-Spec LUX) — Direct Owner Sale Selling my personal 2020 MG RX5. This is the top-spec 2.0 Turbo All-Wheel Drive variant, which is significantly quicker, heavier-duty, and far better equipped than the base 1.5 front-wheel-drive models. Registration, Mulkiya & Hassle-Free Transfer * Mulkiya Valid for 11 Months: Fully registered with zero fines or liabilities. * 11 Months Insurance Remaining: Insurance is already active and running. * Recent RTA Passing Completed: Recently cleared RTA technical inspection, proving total roadworthiness. * Turnkey Transfer: Because all paperwork, passing, and registration are fresh, the ownership transfer can be executed directly and immediately at the RTA counter. Why I Am Selling I acquired this car recently for daily commuting and weekend getaways. It has already handled road trips and gravel tracks with complete ease. However, my office building has completely open, unshaded outdoor parking. In our extreme summer climate, the full panoramic glass roof absorbs too much heat throughout an 8-hour workday parked in direct sun. I genuinely enjoy the drive and invested in preventative maintenance intending to keep it long-term, but practically need to switch to a solid metal-roof vehicle suited for my daily parking setup. Performance & Drivetrain * 2.0-liter turbocharged direct-injection engine pushing a solid 221 hp and 350 Nm of torque * AWD system with an independent electronic 4WD lock switch on the center console for soft sand and loose tracks * 6-speed wet dual-clutch transmission with manual (+/-) Tiptronic shifter gate * Independent multi-link rear suspension setup for stability on highways Cabin, Tech & Daily Convenience * Massive full-length panoramic glass roof with one-touch electric sunblind * Dedicated rear passenger A/C vents that cool the back cabin fast * Multiple power points: standard 12V socket up front, dedicated 12V in the trunk, plus front and rear dual USB charging ports * Center armrest with an integrated cool-box compartment to keep drinks chilled * Factory 8-inch touchscreen with responsive Apple CarPlay and Bluetooth * 6-way electric power driver’s seat and clean stitched leather-style interior * 60:40 rear bench that folds completely flat for large cargo loads Safety, Cameras & Driving Aids * Crisp high-definition rear parking camera with active trajectory lines plus rear ultrasonic parking sensors * Full LED projector headlights with dynamic DRLs and LED rear tail lamps * Push-button start and smart keyless entry sensors on the door handles * Cruise control with steering-mounted toggles * Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) with Auto-Hold * Hill Descent Control (HDC) and Hill-Start Assist for steep ramps * Factory tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) on the dash Preventative Maintenance & Upgrades (Done Immediately After Purchase) The car came serviced from the previous owner, but being meticulous about Dubai's climate, I immediately flushed everything and took extra preventative heat measures: * Upgraded to premium, high-grade fully synthetic engine oil (far superior to standard bulk garage oil) paired with an OEM filter * Full transmission service done with dedicated, high-spec wet dual-clutch transmission fluid for improved thermal stability * Brand-new engine cooling radiator and fresh high-pressure coolant hoses installed as proactive heat management * Brand-new front wheel hubs/bearings installed * Completely clean dashboard: zero warning lights, zero check-engine codes, and ice-cold A/C Ready for instant RTA transfer.
