ADNOC begins fuel delivery service in the UAE

With the birth of onsite car battery and flat tire replacement services in the UAE, it was a matter of time before fuel delivery facilities kicked in and made the lives of citizens, residents, and visitors that much easier. Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) aims to put an end to the panicked search for petrol stations when running low or the time wasted when waiting in long ques over the weekend.

Its newest service, Call to Fuel, is the solution most motorists have long been waiting for, much like ordering food with the simple click of a button. Through the App, motorists can select whether they require Special (Octane95) or Super (Octane 98) fuel, along with the date and time they require it at. Once the order is placed, customers can either meet with the driver or leave their car’s gas tank open for added convenience.
A few guidelines when placing the order on the C2F app include: parking the vehicle in an open-air parking lot (not an underground lot or inside a building), parking the vehicle away from ignition sources such as live wires, and parking the vehicle in a location where the truck can refuel without obstructing traffic.

As part of our company’s transformation, we are looking at several customer-centric innovations, some of which are currently being piloted with a small group of customers.”
