Toyota Corolla 2017

While some would argue that the Toyota Corolla is not as great as it used to be, it is still a plenty awesome car. In fact, it is still among the best-selling cars in most countries around the world, including Bahrain. The 2017 Toyota Corolla is one heck of a compact car, harkening back to the days when it was the undisputed king of compacts.

Exterior

While the styling of Toyota Corollas of the past decade has been criticized by some, the 2017 edition is one of the most handsome cars in its class. The proportions are done just right, and the lines and details of the car are simply impressive. It is very attractive in stock form, and can conceivably fit in well with body modifications, should the owner desire for it. The 2017 Corolla looks gorgeous, whether at a standstill or on the move.

Interior

If you think the exterior of the Corolla is impressive, you’ll be even more impressed with the interior. The cabin is more spacious compared to most cars in its class, and its trunk space is also very good. Headroom and legroom is excellent for its class, and comfort is further enhanced using high-quality seats. The dashboard and instrument cluster are slightly revised, with every knob and gauge optimized for superior functionality.

Features

The 2017 Corolla comes with a long list of standard features that enhance both comfort and safety. An infotainment system with navigation can be controlled with the standard 6-inch touchscreen. A 6-speaker sound system also comes as standard. Safety features equipped in all trim levels of the Corolla include anti-lock brakes, electronic brake assists, and airbags on the front, rear, and sides.

Specs

The Toyota Corolla is available with 2 engine options. The first engine, a 1.6-liter 4-cylinder unit, produces a maximum of 121 horsepower and 154 Nm of torque. If you want an upgrade, you can go for the 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine that produces max of 143 horsepower and 187 Nm of torque. Those performance numbers may not be as much, but they more than make up for it with superior fuel efficiency numbers.
